The year in Making – CloudFabrix 2024!

Following up on NASA’s Artemis mission Roadmap for Lunar exploration CloudFabrix has been embarking on its own Roadmap for CY’2022, CY’2023, and beyond. It was an incredible year of innovation, execution and global growth for the CloudFabrix team and the following summarizes our key 2024 achievements.

  • Unified Network Observability – CloudFabrix is now featured as a Splunkbase App, enabling seamless integration of our Unified Network Observability and Automation solutions with Splunk.
  • Macaw GenAI Assistant 2.0 – Macaw GenAI Assistant now offers advanced features that revolutionize operational service desks by enabling conversational queries across ITOps, NOCOps, and SecOps. It enhances productivity with persona-based dashboards, operational efficiency through incident remediation, and automation with intent-driven workflows. Its domain-specific local LLM ensures secure, bias-free, and accurate responses while leveraging innovative techniques like RAG and efficient GPU utilization for scalable and cost-effective IT operations.
  • Cisco Live 2024 – CloudFabrix demonstrated our latest innovation Unified Network Observability and Automation solution which is also available on Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud Platform at Cisco Live 2024.
  • Gitex Global 2024 – CloudFabrix launched a GenAI-driven Telco Service Assurance and Service Delivery solution for next generation Telco Networks, in the MEA( Middle East and Africa) region.
  • Agentic AI, Storyboards and Graph DB – CloudFabrix announced its key capabilities at its annual vConf’24, while also announcing an ecosystem for partners to build AI agents on its Robotic Data Automation Platform.

Global Expansion

  • CloudFabrix strengthened its presence in APAC – Asia Pacific with marquee wins in the Automotive sector in S. Korea and with MSPs in India.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Splunk / Cisco – We became part of the Splunk Partnerverse program as a Technology partner. We complement Splunk with Splunkbase Apps and Splunk ITSI content packs.
  • IBM Consulting – We have further strengthened our partnership with IBM Consulting where IBM is using CloudFabrix for their AIOps Pyramid vision for foundational services.
  • Cisco – CloudFabrix has embarked on a strategic partnership with Cisco Team, particularly focussed on the Telecom and Service Provider verticals.
  • SIFY – CloudFabrix has embarked on a partnership with SIFY particularly focussed on AIOps Services.
  • HPE Greenlake – CloudFabrix has embarked on a a partnership with joint HPE Ezmeral Greenlake solution
  • NVIDIA Inception Program – CloudFabrix has joined the NVIDIA Inception Program, a program that nurtures startups revolutionizing industries with technological advancements. Joining the NVIDIA Inception program helps us to work with enterprise GenAI stacks like NVIDIA AI Enterprise in addition to existing ecosystem partners like Azure OpenAI and IBM WatsonX.
